    Your responsibilities

    • Recruit and train a strong Customer Relations team of passionate IKEA ambassadors to ensure smooth operations from day one
    • Work closely with the store management team to establish efficient working processes and routines for the new store
    • Act as a key partner to the Retail Establishment team on future store operations and safety & security
    • Support the establishment of the IKEA brand in the new market by ensuring a strong connection with local customer needs
    • Drive a customer-focused culture and deliver an inspiring, easy shopping experience across the market
    • Influence business decisions by providing customer insights to the unit management team
    • Identify and remove barriers to create an easy buying, shopping, payment, and after-sales experience
    • Support commercial initiatives and priorities before, during, and after the customer shopping journey
    • Build and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners to protect operational standards and the IKEA culture
    • Develop business competence by supporting managers and team leaders with goals and development plans
    • Identify and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline
