    Your responsibilities

    • Lead, steer, plan, support, and follow up fulfilment operations to secure a customer-centric and high-performing operation within the unit.
    • Take responsibility for operational excellence, service execution, quality, productivity, and cost optimization in line with business priorities and commercial direction.
    • Lead, coach, develop, and inspire the fulfilment team by building competence, performance culture, succession planning, and an inclusive and safe work environment.
    • Secure high customer and co-worker satisfaction by ensuring strong product availability, efficient customer order fulfilment, and seamless omnichannel operations.
    • Work closely with commercial and support functions, as well as market and country stakeholders, to strengthen collaboration and co-create better business outcomes.
    • Drive continuous improvement through new processes, technologies, and ways of working while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standard operating procedures, and IKEA requirements.
    • Contribute actively to the unit’s commercial and growth agenda by translating business plans into operational performance and results.
