    • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments, including entrance and play areas.
    • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
    • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
    • Lead yourself to continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the area of customer service.
    • Support relevant stakeholders to ensure customers visit IKEA again and provide right preconditions to enable children to stay engaged with the play areas.

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 20.35 CAD to 23.98 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
