  • Who you are

    We are looking for a passionate recruiter who will take over the responsibility for the talent acquisition in a set of functions across Switzerland. You will work in close collaboration with the line managers and your mission will include continuously elevating the quality of recruitment throughout Switzerland.     • You have extensive recruitment experience and are able to handle a variety of different positions and candidates.
    • You are a strong communicator who enjoys being in frequent contact with line managers and candidates alike.
    • You have a structured, efficient way of working that allows you drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, understand processes and the workings of various recruitment platforms.
    • German is your native language and you also speak English fluently. French or Italian are a big plus.

    Your responsibilities

    • Driving the recruitment process for a set of functions across Switzerland.
    • Communicating frequently with line managers, support them with all their recruitment needs and coaching them along the way.
    • Keeping in contact with the candidates and ensuring a positive application experience.
    • Consistently implement, improving and shaping the recruiting process and striving to achieve the jointly set goals.
    • Analyzing various key figures and focusing on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment in your area of responsibility.
    • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the functions in your area of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of the line managers.
    • Being a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates.
    • Living the IKEA values and culture as a role-model for those around you.
