    - Take ownership of your department's commercial performance across all sales channels.
    - Ensure your area is always inspiring, well stocked and customer focused.
    - Drive commercial actions using customer insights, KPIs and local market opportunities.
    - Recruit, develop and inspire your team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

    Permanent contract classified at Level 2 under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €37,500 . ​
