Your responsibilities

• You work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.​
• Ensure the implementation of the Add-on sales strategy, which is part of the HFA strategy.​
• Communicate the Add-on Strategy and lead the working process with add-ons to your store colleagues in a way that motivates them to take ownership of their part.​
• Actively cooperate with all stakeholders within the commercial team (Sales, Com&In, Logistics, IFS, CX) to ensure that the commercial team follows a unified direction in achieving overall goals.​
• Ensure qualitative and efficient implementation in your store through clear communication and ensure that all functions take responsibility for delivering their part.​
• Secure the vitality and seasonality of add-on sales throughout the IKEA store in all media by working closely with your store commercial team and using good examples from other stores to inspire customers to visit more frequently.​
• Act quickly on commercial opportunities; respond to changing product availability (overstock and out of stock) and customer expectations.​
• Quickly react to changes occurring inside and outside the store to seize commercial opportunities.​
• Form and analyze sales statistics to identify new growth opportunities and ensure the effectiveness of add-on management.
