    For this role we believe you need to have minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, including collective bargaining with labor union, advising on labor law and practices, disciplinary action and investigation.
    You required to hold the certificate of labor attorney for this position.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead and execute the overall labor and employee relations strategy across the retail organization to ensure stable and compliant employment practices
    • Establish and maintain an open and constructive dialogue with co-workers, labor unions, and employee representatives, including leading negotiations and consultations
    • Manage labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, union communications, and participation in negotiation meetings
    • Conduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or local labor laws, and manage disciplinary processes in line with legal and company standards
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution to People & Culture Managers, Generalists, and leadership teams
    • Identify, assess, and proactively manage current and potential labor-related risks to protect the company as an employer
    • Ensure the implementation and ongoing compliance with global people policies, Code of Conduct, Employment Standards, and local labor laws across all retail units
    • Coach and support leaders and P&C teams in problem resolution, performance management, and preventive employee relations practices
    • Coordinate labor relations topics and enable cross-unit collaboration at market/country level
