Jobbeskrivelse

Job-ID: 264452

Dato for opslag: 10/12/2024

Are you passionate about product quality, sustainability, and enjoy having responsibility for your own agenda? We are now looking for a Product Quality Specialist (PQS) for the Recovery department, who will actively work with colleagues from all functions in the store to identify, investigate, and report any quality issues. Through this role, you will prevent IKEA from selling products with quality defects, ensure that the store receives financial compensation for any issues, and contribute to product improvements.

As a person, you are self-motivated, responsible, and quality-focused. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make independent decisions, educate, and inspire your colleagues across all functions in the store.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, results-oriented, and driven by follow-up tasks. You also need the ability to prioritize and organize your own work to use your time as effectively as possible. If you aim to advance toward management and leadership at IKEA in the future, this experience will be an asset.
A day in your life with us
Your workdays will bring new challenges each day, with no two days being alike. Your most important mission is to actively work on IKEA's product quality and create awareness and understanding of quality efforts throughout the store. Active work in the area of quality provides valuable opportunities to influence and support IKEA's product development process. As a Product Quality Specialist at IKEA, you will play a key role in building a strong quality awareness in the store. Through proactive collaboration across various functions in the store, you will help increase customer satisfaction and reduce the number of product returns.

You will need:
- Interest to gain knowledge of IKEA's product range, functions, and processes
-The ability to make independent decisions and lead yourself in your daily work
-The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Analytical skills to follow up and improve our products and processes
-Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in English, as all reports are handled in English.
