You bring:
Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of timekeeping processes, especially within retail environments, and familiarity with global processes.
Technical Acumen: The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and support communication between payroll and timekeeping systems.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and the country’s language(s).
Attention to Detail: Discipline to meet deadlines while maintaining precision.
Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Kronos, local HR, staff planning, and timekeeping solutions, as well as routines between Stores, Service Offices, and SSC (HRSC).
Your understanding of the impact of timekeeping on payroll and your ability to navigate complex systems will contribute to efficient operations and satisfied co-workers.
Your responsibilities
Provide expert knowledge on Timekeeping related requirements, legal background and labor legislation to both project and the stores
Ensure User Stories and Acceptance Criteria are qualified and reviewed from a value perspective before start and during the project
Provide input on business requirements to design workshops & sprint sessions
Give input to gap analysis on country and global Timekeeping process and raise risks to the Country Project Lead
Performs testability review of requirements and specification documents together with the Country Test Lead
Provide support to and perform testing and training, raising defects with all the relevant details to ensure a good understanding from the vendor
Educate themselves in the system
Approves documentation of the systems functionality
Note :- " This role is from 1st Feb until July 2026. Please note employment in this role will be limited to this period after which this assignment will conclude
