    • What you'll need to have

    '- 1-2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing environment.
    - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
    - Ability to prepare, cook, and serve food while maintaining food safety standards.
    - Comfortable operating POS systems and handling customer transactions.
    - Strong customer service and communication skills.
    - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
    - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
    - Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    '- Prepare, cook, and serve food in line with IKEA food quality and safety standards.
    - Provide friendly, efficient service that creates a great customer experience.
    - Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
    - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and co-workers.
    - Support daily operations through stocking, food preparation, and closing/opening tasks.
    - Work together with your team to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent service.
    - Take ownership of your work, contribute ideas for improvement, and support a culture of continuous learning.
    - Be an ambassador for the IKEA brand by living our values and putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
