    Your responsibilities

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operations that support product availability and customer satisfaction.
    You will:
    • Execute core fulfilment and support processes efficiently using available systems
    and tools
    • Ensure high goods availability through accurate and timely operational execution
    • Contribute to smooth daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost
    conscious way
    • Follow and promote all health, safety, and security guidelines to create a safe
    environment
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve operational
    performance
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and ideas
    • Take responsibility for your assigned area to meet operational goals before the start of each day
    • Contribute to delivering a great customer experience across all touchpoints
