  • What you'll need to have

    【About this role】
    As a Fulfilment Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end supply chain process - from inventory management, sales forecasting, and order planning to ensuring products are available when and where customers need them.
    You will work closely with multiple functions, including CFF, Sales, and Service Office, making this a highly collaborative and cross-functional role.
    This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving the way things work to create a better customer experience and stronger business performance.

    【Qualifications】
    • Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, customer fulfilment, business operations, project coordination, or a related field is beneficial, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop in these areas.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems.
    • An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and KPIs, derive insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support fact-based decision-making.
    • Experience or interest in problem-solving and process improvement.
    • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
    • Understanding of customer and business needs, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
    • A basic level of English communication and a willingness to further develop English skills.
    • Currently residing in Japan with valid working rights.

    Your responsibilities

    • Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country, and global
    • Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast
    • Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
    • Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions
    • Contributing to securing optimal Stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs

    About this work area

    【Employment Status】
    - Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
    (Part-time permanent employee 25-38hours per week Contract)
    - Probation period: 6 months
    - Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
    - Retirement age: 65 years old
