We are looking for a hardworking and reliable People & Culture (P&C) administrator to join our ambitious P&C Delivery dream team!

- Strong administration skills: you work accurately with attention to details;
- Interest and aptitude for digitalization and experience in processing P&C administration with business software (such as Microsoft Office, Data Halland and GV);
- Prior experience as a P&C administrator;
- Social legislation knowledge (i.e. UWV);
- You work very independently and pro-actively within defined tasks;
- Knowledge of how to organize, store and maintain records and information across IKEA;
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of service delivery
- Organizational skills and ability to priorities;
- Good communication skills;
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;

What you'll be doing day to day

Enable the country P&C functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements.

As one of the P&C Administrators, you will be an integral part of the P&C Delivery Team within the P&C department. We are front facing, supporting and enabling the business through co-workers and managers within the organization.

You will:
- Follow up on the different request (i.e. hiring contracts, contract changes, absence, etc) according to the Service Level Agreement;
- Administer P&C-related documentation to ensure compliance with legislation;
- Personalize badges for co-worker and external resources;
- Manage administration of sickness and absence with UWV;
- Handle anniversary presents, mails and administrational tasks in the office;
- Collaborate closely within GBO to share best practices and prevent duplications of work;
- Support activities related to co-worker clothing;
- Support administrational activities for lease cars and bikes;
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard

What else is important

You will be based in Haarlem (Service OFfice) and will report to Daniela Pepe. This is a 1-year assignment (until December 2025).
