• Proven advanced training in strategic communication

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with internal communication

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Advanced Project Management skills

• Experience with crisis communication

• Experience with leading in change

• Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture and values
Your responsibilities
• Support together with a team of internal communication specialists, co-worker engagement for IKEA’s internal communication projects

• Drive project management of internal communication projects, taking a co-worker perspective

• Work with stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management

• Support the enablement of effective internal communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors

• Define, plan, create/execute and follow up on co-worker communications and internal communications

• Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. social/digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc.

• Actively push for improvement of content creation and co-worker engagement, based on trends in communication and the latest developments within the communication field

• Work across function within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
