    You take pride in a job well done that helps make things smarter for the store, while ensuring that the customer experience is also taken into consideration.
    You must be able to work independently, but also be part of a logistics team (especially the Full Serve team).
    In addition, you are expected to be comfortable working with computer systems (e.g. Excel, SLM, Power BI) in order to carry out analytical work, which forms the basis for the division of sales locations between Full Serve and the Self-Serve Warehouse. Last but not least, you must be willing to be present on the shop floor yourself and turn analyses into reality.

    All of this will take place in close collaboration with your Team Leader.

    A day in your life with us

    The purpose of this position is to ensure high efficiency of sales locations in the Self-Serve Warehouse and Full Serve, while keeping the customer experience in mind, through analyses and more practical tasks related to inventory management.

    The tasks will include:

    • Working on the shop floor by moving/changing sales locations
    • Dividing articles between the Self-Serve Warehouse and Full Serve
    • Analytical work to ensure high efficiency in replenishment and picking to/from sales locations
    • Planning of new products
    • Ensuring strong KPIs (RSSQ fulfillment, Direct Flow, alarms/warnings)
    • Ad-hoc tasks, e.g. returning items to locations

    Other information

    • The position is 37 hours per week on average
    • Working hours are primarily on weekdays between 06:00–16:00. Weekend and evening work (until 19:30) may occur
    • Salary according to the HK warehouse collective agreement, including pension scheme, flexible benefits, and shift allowances
