What you'll be doing day to day

As a Customer Operations Manager, leading customer operations and strategy implementation, you will:

Lead the Customer Operations team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer-focused culture and to create a rewarding customer experience.

Set, analyze, and ensure performance standards are met, implementing corrective actions to ensure an excellent Customer Operations experience.

Coach and support co-workers to achieve operational goals and objectives through excellence in Customer Operations.

Secure that customer insights and competitor analysis are used to identify initiatives and continuously to improve the Customer Operations experience.

Ensure implementation of working routines, competence development and Retail Topic Review and compliance.

JOB TYPE – Permanent
HOURS - 40 hours per week /Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $77,041 - $112,036 per year

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 9/3/24

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Experience in customer service, problem solving and conflict handling techniques.

Experience using customer interaction data and insights.

Experience managing, leading and developing people, preferably in customer centric service or retail environment.

Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance (business)

Requirements

Travel is required for this role. Less than 5% (1 day per week on average)

Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying occasionally (26-50lbs)
