Who you are

This position is to be filled part-time from 01.01.2025 until 31.08.2025.
The average working time is 24 hours per week.

• You are studying economics, business administration, psychology or similar subjects, ideally with a focus on environmental management
• You speak fluently English, German is very welcome as additional asset!
• Communication is one of your strengths, you are also well organized and act responsibly
• You enjoy working in a team as well as independently and like to show initiative
• You are confident in using MS Office products
• You have an interest in and passion for sustainability



• You will support operationally the administrative day-to-day activities of our Sustainability department at IKEA Germany headquarters and take on tasks independently but always supported by your manager and the whole team,
• You will learn what corporate sustainability management is about,
• You will be invited to cocreate our country sustainability agenda and have a chance to participate in many interesting activities.

This job is located in our Service Office/ Head Office of IKEA Germany in Hofheim-Wallau between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main. This role requires (if possible) travelling around Germany, mostly to IKEA Stores and other locations.
