    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Kitchen planning/designing
    Strong Sales Background -- interest in design, art, or construction
    Assisting customers and provided advice on the best solutions for their homes.
    • Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
    • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
    • Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.
    • Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.
    Kitchens will be your primary department, but you may be asked to help in other sales areas from time to time, including planning appointments in our closets and workspaces departments.

    JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-Time, Hourly Associate
    HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
    SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

    The starting hourly pay range for this role is $19.57 - $22.51

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.57 USD to 22.51 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
