    • WHO YOU ARE

    • University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience in business operations, project coordination, or a commercial real estate environment;
    • Strong analytical and data consolidation skills;
    • Experience in meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination;
    • Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Consolidates business performance reports and supports Business Performance Leadership planning, coordinating bi-monthly performance reviews with Meeting Place functions and the Service Office to enable data-driven decision-making.
    • Facilitates Meeting Place business meetings — including weekly and monthly management meetings, leasing meetings, and Meeting Place Forums — ensuring effective action plan execution through proactive tracking and follow-up.
    • Leads cross-functional coordination in operational excellence and government relations, tracking initiatives and sharing best practices from the team and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.
    • Leads assigned projects and follows up on implementation progress, securing smooth execution and timely delivery in line with Meeting Place priorities and operational goals.
    • Prepares regular business performance updates for the Meeting Place management team and Market Leadership Team, as well as necessary documents for applications and reporting requirements.
