For this role, you'll have 2 to 4 years' experience in the supply chain at operational and/or tactical level, developing and improving working methods.

What you'll be doing day to day
The aim of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of service partners. You will report to the Services Operations Team Leader and be based in the Services Office (Head Office). You will have the opportunity to telework up to 3 days/week under the current agreement.

You will be:

- Responsible for providing efficient day-to-day operations related to Services Operations through the performance of the designated service partner(s).
- Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and quality in Market Services Operations through the performance of the designated service partner(s).
- In charge of the short, medium and long term operational development of existing service partners
- In charge of short and medium term capacity and resources in the Market Operations Services network working with the designated service partner(s)
- Contributor to the costing negotiation of the Operations Services function working with the designated service partner(s)
- Responsible for the effectiveness and implementation of improvements in the Market, working with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- Contribute your knowledge and expertise to the optimization of multi-channel development and tender activities, as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks
- Contribute to the work of the Services Operations Specialist by providing relevant data on IT solutions to ensure that IT solutions are kept up to date.
- In charge of promoting and stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit for the largest number of people within the designated service partner(s) or service partners in an assigned geographical area to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Operations and IKEA as a whole in close collaboration with Group Functions.
- Responsible for delivering the Customer Satisfaction sustainability agenda for Service Operations working with the designated service partner(s).
