    • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
    • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
    • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
    • Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
    • Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues.

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.5 CAD to 22.95 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
