We are now looking for a Learning & Development Manager who is committed, curious and passionate to lead Learning & Development Business Capabilities for Inter IKEA Group.
You will lead the assignment Learning & Development capability area on behalf of Inter IKEA group to secure our short- and long-term business competence. The Learning & Development capability area consists of four sub-capabilities: Learning, Leadership, Performance and Skills management.

About the job
Your main assignment will be to lead Learning & Development and actively ensure the capability is secured and continuously developed from four dimensions: process, people, data and technology.
Learning & Development is about ensuring systematic ways of working to make people grow and develop to their optimal potential, to deliver to IKEA business ambitions and business results.
Job specific key tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for developing frameworks, common processes, tools, methods and ways of working in close collaboration with People & Culture (P&C) and Business Leaders
- Build and deliver plans to continuously develop the capability, in close collaboration with other capability owners and P&C Managers. Accountable for implementation
- Accountable for development and implementation of digital solutions for the connected Business Capabilities, cooperate with Data & Technology teams and other stakeholders
- Identify industry best practices, analyze trends/insights, set up metrics and KPIs and provide/secure subject matter expertise related to the capability
- Participate and/or facilitate network of expertise connected to the capability
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Inter IKEA People Strategy
- Lead the Learning & Development team within the P&C function
Qualification
About you
To be successful in this role we believe that the following prerequisites are important:
- Broad Learning & Development experience together with great knowledge of leading business and people together.
- Experience in creating and implementing long term strategic plans, processes and tools within the field of Learning & Development
- Strong will to influence and make a difference, passion for leading, developing, and coaching people in a constantly changing environment
- Excellence in stakeholder management with a simple and straightforward communication style which builds credibility, relationship and trust
We believe you are forward leaning, solution oriented and leading with a holistic view. You live and share the IKEA culture & values. It’s a plus if you have experience in working across the IKEA value chain.
More Information
You will be part of the P&C Leadership team in Range, extended P&C management team of Inter IKEA Group and report to P&C Manager Range, Daniel Svensson. This is a permanent role based in Älmhult. We believe that your presence with the team and working majority of the time in the workplace is important.
