    Your responsibilities

    •Deliver a great customer experience by actively engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey.
    •Act as an ambassador of the brand by sharing knowledge about products and services with customers and colleagues.
    •Support customers across different touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
    •Maintain strong knowledge of the product range and contribute to offering complete and sustainable home furnishing solutions.
    •Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and range presentation is up to date.
    •Contribute to high product availability by supporting fulfilment processes, stock accuracy, and timely deliveries.
    •Use systems and tools effectively to support efficient goods flow and operations.
    •Work across different functions (Sales, Customer Relations, Food, or Logistics) based on business needs.
    •Follow store routines and working methods to maximize efficiency at the customer meeting point.
    •Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards.
