    • Three years of experience in the kitchen business, during which you have successfully led sales strategies and driven profitable growth
    • Extensive knowledge of the Kitchen market, customers, competition, trends and news.
    • Broad knowledge of multichannel reality and online customer behaviors
    • Extensive knowledge of business plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
    • Broad knowledge of how consumer acts, feels and behaves in a retail environment to apply the insights in the shopping experience design in all touch points
    • Broad knowledge about the Kitchen local market environment, expectations from customers today and tomorrow to secure that commercial and service offers meet customer demands and needs
    • Broad knowledge of how to optimize the customer experience across physical and
    digital touchpoints and content to increase the likelihood that customer visits convert to sales
    • Broad knowledge of the possibilities to activate sales and the use of the commercial calendar and relevant associated store activities
    • Broad knowledge of how to identify and realize opportunities for add-ons, cross selling and up-selling of products and services to fulfil customer needs

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of Commercial and selling as an integrated part of the business
    • Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice
    • Ability to prioritize and make decisions with speed and simplicity
    • Ability to take a holistic view of a global organization and identify business opportunities accordingly
    • Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward.
