    To be successful in this role, you have:
    • University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Experience in supply chain, fulfilment services, customer service, or related operational functions.
    • Strong understanding of business processes, customer fulfilment operations, and service delivery.
    • Excellent knowledge of relevant digital solutions, systems, and tools.
    • Experience in problem-solving, process improvement, and analyzing end-user needs.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix, and cross-functional environments.
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • A passion for IKEA values, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Solution Responsible, you will ensure that fulfilment and replenishment solutions are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to support excellent customer experiences and efficient operations.
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Secure the setup, configuration, and maintenance of assigned fulfilment solutions and processes according to business and market needs.
    • Act as the second-level support for operational issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution of incidents.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement digital and process improvement opportunities.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for all solution-related topics, including system releases, improvements, incidents, and change requests.
    • Ensure smooth integration between IKEA systems and service provider platforms, supporting deployment, validation, and operational readiness activities.
    • Support the development and deployment of new capabilities by providing subject matter expertise.
    • Secure learning and knowledge transfer by supporting training activities, working methods, and processing documentation.
    • Monitor solution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Build strong partnerships across Customer Fulfilment, Digital, Service Providers, and other business functions to achieve common goals.
    • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.
