    • Good understanding of digital customer journeys across web, app and social commerce.
    • Experience working with commercial calendars, campaigns and product launches.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actions and improvements.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing and digital teams.
    • Ability to coach and develop people while driving performance and collaboration.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    Purpose of the job
    Plan and optimise IKEA’s digital channels, including web, app and social commerce, to create a seamless and relevant customer experience. Drive conversion and commercial performance by connecting range presentation, content and commercial priorities across all digital touchpoints.

    About the assignment
    • Partner with selling, marketing, fulfilment, core services and digital stakeholders to secure strong integration, shared priorities and a seamless customer journey across digital channels, improving conversion, profitability and overall performance.
    • Design, publish and continuously strengthen range presentation, commercial layouts and onsite experience across digital customer meeting points, securing relevance and consistency for the local market, together with key stakeholders.
    • Develop, implement and execute merchandising plans across Digital CMPs, including campaigns, seasonal activities and always-on activations, ensuring timely delivery aligned with the commercial calendar to maximise omni sales potential.
    • Secure updates for range changes, localisation and onsite search optimisation in close collaboration with the content team, improving findability and customer experience based on customer behaviour and trends.
    • Track, analyse, follow up and report on performance metrics such as customer feedback, product sales, margins, search behavior, funnel-step conversion, basket analysis and related selling and using insights to continuously optimise performance.

    This is a permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) position. This role is part of the Commercial function and reports to Country E-Commerce Integration Manager.

    Candidates from the IKEA SEE region (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Ukraine) can retain their current country of residence, as we operate with a decentralized Service Office structure, with occasional travel across the region. Please note that no mobility support is provided for this role.
