About this work area
As Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Driving statistical analysis and data modelling to create insight led local offerings for engagement opportunities across multiple customer groups.
• Leading the performance analysis and optimization of local offerings/local IKEA family benefits, rewards and engagement across multiple customer groups.
• Collaborating with central CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities, deriving local insights and transforming the insights into actionable.
• Supporting the wider Marketing and Insights team with Customer Engagement Performance analysis as well as conclusions that can be drawn from it to identify improvement areas.
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.

As a person you are passionate about people, business and continuously driving better performance. You are motivated by increasing customer value and thinking consumer and customer first. You are curious in what you do and enjoy exploring all information available to you, testing theories and connecting data to ideas.
You demonstrate a good knowledge of customers behaviour in a multichannel environment, including their drivers and barriers which you have used to help better attract, develop and retain them. In addition to this you have a strong experience in data and statistical analysis and are able to draw conclusions, dig deeper into reasoning and tell the story to support in translating the data into what can easily be understood by others. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders across different areas of the business. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work with priorities and deadlines and work to and follow up on goals and KPIs. A working knowledge of SQL will be essential and prior experience working in digital marketing and CRM is preferred, as is the ability to work with dashboards such as PowerBI.
