We are looking for a Team Manager within User Experience (UX)  for Inter IKEA Data & Technology Range.

As a Team Manager within the UX team, you will be responsible for

• Managing and leading the efforts in UX Design and Visual Design.
• Developing and maintaining a world-class user experience in every dimension, for both internal and external digital products, platforms, and solutions.
• Leading and developing the UX team that will report to you.
• Contributing to the overall development of the right capabilities, principles, standards, and frameworks related to the UX area within Data and Technology and across IKEA.  

For the job as a Team Manager within UX, you have the:

• Solid and practical experience as a leader in the design of digital products, and a proven track record of successful solutions you were part of creating.
• Capable of leading, coaching, and developing individuals and teams, fostering strong relationships and trust with peers and stakeholders.
• Communicating clearly, structuring messaging effectively, and demystifiing complex situations.
• Understanding of using data, insights, and various research and test methodologies to continuously improve user experience.
• Experience in driving design work in a software development organization of cross-functional product teams.
• Secure commonality and harmonization across digital products and platforms, and secure IKEA identity, expression, and experience in both details and totality.
• Inspire an entrepreneurial, forward-leaning, and learning culture within the function and across IKEA.
• Enable all designers are up to date with latest knowledge and trends within the field of web and mobile.  
• Good understanding of and being passionate about life at home and creating seamless and convenient omni-channel IKEA experiences.

About IKEA of Sweden/Range

IKEA of Sweden is responsible for developing the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. IKEA of Sweden is based in Älmhult – the heart of IKEA and the center of IKEA range development.
