- You have a hands-on approach, with a passion for being in the heart of operations, whether it’s in the kitchen or the dining area.

- You fluently speak in both English and Hungarian – the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in these languages is essential.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and supervise the IKEA Restaurant & Café to ensure the highest standards in both customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the IKEA Food team, fostering a positive work environment for all employees.
- Implement and maintain IKEA’s strict quality and food safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health and hygiene regulations.
- Drive innovation by testing and implementing new food service technologies, always striving to enhance the customer journey.
- Take part in the recruitment and development of IKEA Food employees, ensuring long-term growth and keeping health staff turnover.
- Oversee stock control, merchandise planning, and business forecasting to ensure efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
