We are looking for a Business Navigator / Financial Controller to IKEA Supply Services (Sweden) AB (ISSSAB) Business Navigation Finance & Administration (BNFA) team in Älmhult.


Job description

We are looking for a Business Navigator/Financial Controller with a high interest in digital applications such as Power BI and who have an urge to utilize these tools to improve, automize ways of working and increase productivity. You will be a crucial part of the ISSSAB company and Supply Area North BNFA team working closely with BNFA colleagues in Supply Area North, with functional leaders and with the Shared Service Center who is our provider of financial services.  
 

In this role you will:

  • Take lead in continues improvements of the reporting processes and ensure that tools and ways of working meet business needs
  • Lead the financial forecasting and monthly reporting processes for specific enabling and business units in ISSSAB including performing budget versus actual variance analysis, reviewing, controlling and challenging reported figures and following costs and performance
  • Provide financial analysis/controlling, scenarios and insights to support the business towards optimal performance  
  • Initiate ad follow-up, challenge deviations and concerns and ensure data quality in financial figures
  • Contribute to global projects to develop financial operations and reporting, working with BNFA colleagues around the world
  • Support with performance management, KPI and portfolio follow up.

Qualification

We see that your indirect leadership comes alive through your ability to inspire and to create clarity for the many. As well as through your good communication skills, you build strong partnerships with stakeholders, at all levels of the organization. You have both a holistic view but also an eye and interest for getting the details right, where strong analytics skills is a must. As a person you are driven, humble, structured, have the curiosity and ability to question and challenge, always with cost efficiency in mind. You share the IKEA values and strive to have them as base in everything you do. 
 

You have proven experience and knowledge in: 

  • Controlling and accounting experience 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
  • Various IT systems like Excel, Power-BI, SAP Analytics or equivalent
  • Knowledge in data visualization, communication, presentation skills  
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
