Your responsibilities

Lead and set the strategic direction and development of the domain to ensure alignment with business strategy both in the short- and long-term, being accountable for the success of the overall domain portfolio of digital products.

Translate product strategy into a product roadmap for the domain, identifying and generating new ideas that grow market share, drive commercial and business value to improve customer and co-worker experience, working with your leaders to deliver outcomes that meet objectives and customer needs by pro-actively monitoring progress and proactively resolving issues.

Cultivate a culture of deep understanding of customer needs to ensure all teams across a portfolio of products are driving towards meeting them, building upon a culture of analytics, data, and insights to deliver successful outcomes for customers.

Drive and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and a large number of key stakeholders, ensuring different perspectives are heard, cultivating a culture of collaboration and togetherness, and being a strong partner to key stakeholders across the organization.

Lead, coach, hire, and develop team members to create sustainable, high-performing teams with diversity of thought and a culture of shared learnings and sharing best practices across the product management discipline and improving visibility of IKEA’s digital product development activities.

About this work area

At Group Digital, we set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We ensure the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace. At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.

More details about the impact of this Team:

Working on Services like Delivery (last mile & linehaul), Click & Collect, Assembly and Installation are core to the home furnishing business and experience

Globally 40% of IKEA's sales is associated with a core service and this is only growing

IKEA works with 400+ 3rd party service providers globally

For most customers, the IKEA experience is very much influenced by their fulfilment services experience

This role will put in place a digital strategy for the core services area and execute it through large teams in Amsterdam, Bangalore and Helsingborg.
