    • What you'll need to have

    '- Strong communication skills with the ability to think quickly and interact confidently

    - Experience in high‑grade warehouse operations and sales engagement
    - Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs as part of regular warehouse and customer support duties

    '- Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best solutions
    - Keep your area clean, organized, correctly priced, and fully stocked, following IKEA merchandising standards
    - Learn and stay updated on product features and benefits; confidently share this knowledge with customers and coworkers
    - Collaborate with team members—seeking support when needed and stepping in to help others
    - Responsible for ensuring all recovered products are properly put away, maintaining a well‑stocked and visually appealing area, and verifying that all shelf labels are clear, accurate, and up to date
    - Perform routine physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, to support smooth daily operations
