    In the P&C Location Operational Services (LOS) team, our vision is to deliver excellent P&C services that support our co-workers and enable business success, achieved through coordinated service delivery, standardised processes, and collaborative stakeholder relationships. As the Data Administration Specialist, you understand that our business performance depends on reliable people and culture data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

    Key accountabilities for this role include;

    • Handle people and culture data administration tasks to comply with all relevant service level agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Execute work to support the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services within the P&C function.
    • Deliver accurate and timely data administration to support LOS team operations, including payroll, recruitment, and learning delivery activities, ensuring data quality and consistency.
    • Continuously improve and standardise service delivery of all P&C data administration activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Apply data management and database administration expertise to maintain accurate and secure HR information systems.
    • Leverage digital literacy to utilise technology and digital tools in delivering data administration.
    • Conduct quality assurance activities to verify data accuracy and compliance.
    • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relations to enable collaborative partnerships across functions and units; particularly the P&C Centre of Expertise function to ensure successful implementation of P&C strategies.

You bring comprehensive knowledge in data administration and management including the ability to execute operational requirements and contribute to continuous improvement whilst securing data accuracy and compliance now. With in depth knowledge of HR information systems and reporting tools, you excel at delivering accurate data services and supporting informed business decisions.

    To be considered for this role you will need to have:

    • Minimum 3 years of related experience in data administration, HR administration, or a similar field demonstrating progressive responsibility in P&C data management.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle P&C data administration tasks with high accuracy and timeliness.
    • Strong understanding of data management, database administration, and quality assurance principles and practices.
    • Experience supporting the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies and services through effective data administration.

    Skills:

    This role requires a professional with strong data administration and quality assurance skills, leveraging audit management, continuous process improvement, and digital literacy to drive data accuracy and business performance. They must demonstrate operational excellence in executing data administration tasks across data management, database administration, and reporting.
