    • 15+ years of experience within SAP/ERP ecosystems, ideally across Procurement, Finance, and Tax.
    • Significant leadership experience managing large teams and complex deliveries.
    • Deep expertise in SAP solutions such as VIM, MM, Ariba, and preferably S/4HANA.
    • Experience working with agile ways of working and modern product organisations.
    • A passion for leadership, technology, and continuous improvement.

A day in your life with us

As Platform Subdomain Manager, you will lead the development, performance, and future direction of a critical SAP platform area, ensuring it supports both current business needs and future growth.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll enable managers and teams to succeed, build strong partnerships across business and digital functions, and turn complex challenges into scalable solutions that create real business value.

    You will:
    • Lead managers and teams with overall accountability for delivery, performance, and outcomes.
    • Define and drive the roadmap for Procurement and Invoice-to-Pay platforms and related applications.
    • Partner closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Tax, and Digital to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation, optimisation, and lifecycle management of SAP and enterprise platform solutions, including governance, compliance, and vendor partnerships.
    • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across platforms and processes.
    • Create alignment across teams and dependencies, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
    • Coach and develop leaders and teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth.
    • Balance long-term strategic priorities with operational delivery to ensure sustainable business outcomes.
    • Lead through change while promoting IKEA values, collaboration, inclusiveness, and a people-first approach.

At IKEA, we believe the best solutions are created together. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop people, strengthen partnerships, and shape digital capabilities that make a lasting impact across the business.

    Together as a team

You will join Group Digital, where we develop and operate the digital products and platforms that help IKEA stay relevant, affordable, and accessible for the many people. As part of the Digital Area - Group Functions, you'll work closely with teams across Finance, Procurement, Tax, People & Culture, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, and other key business areas. Together, we create digital capabilities that support a high-performing, sustainable, and future-ready IKEA.

You'll be part of a global team where collaboration, learning, and growing together are at the heart of everything we do. What we will offer you
    • A leadership role with global impact across critical business platforms.
    • The opportunity to shape the future of IKEA's SAP and enterprise platform landscape.
    • A collaborative environment with passionate colleagues across business and technology.
    • Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
    • A flexible, supportive, and people-focused workplace.
