    Your responsibilities

    “You, who have a diverse operational experience and capabilities, 
    are not limited to a specific department or area but execute various tasks across the entire market, ​
    including Sales, Logistics, Customer Relations, and IKEA FOOD.”​

    • Work closely with Multiskilled Manager to support reviewing and aligning work scopes and ways of working, ensuring cohesive strategies and operations.
    • Support and develop team members by promoting a multiskilled approach, cross-training them across various functions.
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are executed efficiently, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
    • Support team in delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
    • Drive sales and profitability by aligning team efforts with customer needs and store goals.
