    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across store operations.
    • Drive store profitability through effective operational planning, cost control, and sales optimization.
    • Analyze operational data and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel, digital tools, and business systems to monitor performance and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
    • Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Implement solutions to operational challenges with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent execution of company standards and processes.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management and operational excellence.
    • Act upon customer feedback, recognising good customer service and taking appropriate action to avoid repeated problems
    • Handling complaints and inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Optimizing the shopping experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized, and efficient at all times.
