Goods Flow Process Leader

Your assignment 

• You influence and lead the goods flow co-workers to secure that the goods flow processes are executed correctly, reaching the highest possible goods availability and enable customer order fulfilment at all times to the lowest possible cost; 
• You support the goods flow team managers to identify, retain and develop the many talents in the goods flow team to secure future succession, strive to create teams that are competent and can execute the assigned responsibilities with confidence. You also support goods flow co-workers competence development by sharing own knowledge of effective and efficient goods flow processes; 
• You ensure the goods flow team works according to the inventory routine, in order to maximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability for the customers; 
• You ensure the goods flow team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security. Secure that the principles of health and safety in the goods flow processes are understood and followed; 
• You take responsibility in lowering environmental impact and contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable way. 

Your profile 

• You are passionate in home furnishing; 
• You have at least 2-3 years relevant work experience in logistics operations, preferably gained from the retail / logistics industry; 
• You are skilled in retail and/or logistics working methods and equipment; Knowledge of the goods flow processes; 
• You have good analytical and numerical skills, with keen eye for details and results-focused; 
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.

This role requires flexibility in work hours depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
