Job description
**Responsibilities:**
Serve as a technical specialist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, cooling, plumbing, mechanical, and related equipment and systems.
Ensure the store maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors at all times.
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and replacements of building systems, fixtures, and equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work on a regular basis.
Operate all tools and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
Respond promptly to all emergency maintenance calls and ensure completion of work.
Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
Report any security breaches or concerns to management immediately and adhere to all security policies and procedures.
Qualification
Experience of working in a maintanence department.
Ability to work together in a team.
Solid technical knowledge of electrical installations, repairs including machines and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of working methods according to work focus.
More Information
This position is full-time and is located in Cabo Negro - Tetouan, Morocco. Some travel may be required.
