    • Your responsibilities

    We are looking for an Automated Warehouse Specialist within the Facility Management team to ensure the reliable and efficient performance of automated warehouse system. Acting as the on-site technical expert, you will support operations, collaborate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement to maximize system uptime and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of automated warehouse systems by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing system downtime.
    • Provide technical support for automation equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems, and perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring problems.
    • Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and system reliability.
    • Act as the technical interface between Facility Management, Operations, IT teams, and external automation suppliers to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous system improvement.
    • Monitor automation system KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvement actions to increase operational efficiency.
    • Maintain technical documentation, system records, maintenance logs, and spare parts management processes.
    • Support the implementation of system upgrades, technical modifications, and new automation solutions.
    • Share technical knowledge, support team competence development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

    Why we will love you

    • Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
    • 3–5 years of experience in automation, logistics, or industrial environments.
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on automation experience.
