    We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the Business Risk & Compliance and Legal Product Area within Group Digital. In this role, you will safeguard and evolve solution design across a portfolio of products supporting enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit management, health, safety & security, legal operations, and reporting capabilities.

    You are a strategic thinker and have a strong understanding of business processes and governance frameworks and can translate complex business requirements into simple, scalable, and integrated solutions. You thrive in collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and external partners to drive business value through technology.     A day in your life with us

    As a Solution Architect within BR&C and Legal, you will shape and govern solution architecture across a diverse portfolio of products and capabilities supporting risk, compliance, audit, legal, and health & safety functions.
    You will:
    • Analyze business processes and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, and digital transformation.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, compliance requirements, regulatory needs, and operational challenges.
    • Design holistic and scalable functional solutions that support current and future business needs.
    • Define and maintain the architecture vision and roadmap for the BR&C and Legal solution landscape.
    • Develop and maintain solution roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture principles.
    • Drive architecture discussions across product teams and digital domains to ensure integrated and consistent solutions.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams and implementation partners to translate business and functional requirements into effective technology solutions.
    • Ensure solutions support data integrity, auditability, governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
    • Influence stakeholders through insights, analysis, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology capabilities.
    • Support implementation initiatives through architectural guidance, solution reviews, and design governance.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the BR&C digital landscape.
    • Promote standardization, reuse, and simplification across platforms and processes.
    • Enable reporting, analytics, and insight generation through modern data and reporting architectures.
    • Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and digital strategy.
    • Support technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and architectural decision-making.

    Together as a team

    You will work in Group Function Digital Area. The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingkas global organization.

    You will also be part of the Platform Subdomain Domain leadership team that is working in a dynamic retail environment.
    You will be part of our team and work closely with Business Risk & Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Health & Safety, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Engineering teams. Together, we create secure, compliant, and innovative digital capabilities that support the organization's governance and compliance objectives.

    You will play a key role in shaping the future architecture of the BR&C technology landscape, ensuring the organization leverages modern SAP technologies and industry best practices to deliver scalable and value-driven digital solutions.

    Architecture Leadership

    • Define architecture principles and technology standards.
    • Review solution designs.
    • Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
    • Govern integrations.
    • Drive platform modernization.
    • Manage technical debt.
    • Promote reusable architecture patterns.
