    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Responsible for the execution of Commercial activation, range changes and operational forecasting in the unit.
    • Responsible for monitoring and securing correct range management and stock accuracy management in all units.
    • Responsible for optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce avoidable stock resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
    • Responsible for unit solutions’ usage and roll-out, site implementation and continuous process improvement in the unit.
    • Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Integration team by working closely with Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports
    equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.

    The salary range for this role is $63,215 - $90,714

    Qualifications

    • University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and proven
    performance in retail and/or logistics role.
    • 1-2 years of experience in leading people with proven record of successful leadership delivering both
    business result and people development.
    • Proven experience in working through others, set priorities, delegate responsibility, and give open and
    honest feedback.
    • Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals
    • Good computer skills.
    • Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility.
