    Your assignment

    You lead the planning, optimisation and execution of commercial activities that make IKEA highly relevant, visible and compelling to customers.

    • Drive and optimise the commercial calendar to maximise store and online visitation
    • Lead the development of campaigns, events and activities that convert attention into traffic and sales
    • Identify and unlock commercial opportunities based on customer insights, market trends and performance data
    • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to activate promotional plans consistently across all channels
    • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable campaigns with strong customer appeal
    • Analyse campaign performance, identify key learnings and continuously improve future activities
    • Follow up on KPIs including visitation, conversion and sales steering, ensuring strong ROI
    • Ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, timely and commercially effective across stores and digital touchpoints
    • Contribute to a seamless and inspiring customer journey across channels

    Qualification

    Your profile

    You are a commercially driven marketer with a strong sense of ownership, able to turn insights into actions that deliver results.

    • Strong commercial mindset with experience in campaign optimization and activity planning
    • Proven ability to drive traffic, sales and customer engagement through campaigns and promotions
    • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into clear actions
    • Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and other teams
    • Experience in managing promotional campaigns or commercial calendars
    • Customer-focused, with a good understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
    • Structured and hands-on, with excellent planning and execution capability
    • A strong communicator who can influence and align stakeholders
    • Passionate about home furnishing and creating meaningful customer experiences
