    To proactively ensure success for the future, IKEA Belgium is looking for Trainee Managers for various departments and units.
    In your position of Trainee Manager, you will participate in a nationally driven Trainee Program. This program has been put together to prepare you for a position of Department Manager within a period of 1 to 1.5 years.

    Depending on your preference by store/unit and department, the position you can be employed in will be considered nationally. Great flexibility naturally increases the possibilities of finding a suitable position.

    The program consists of the following aspects:

    - Introduction to the different departments of the IKEA store
    - Nationally organised management and leadership training
    - Learning moments with Trainee Managers from the different branches and from different departments
    - An individual development plan
    - A challenging project linked to the department where you will be employed
    - Defined evaluation moments to support you in your development

    This will give you the opportunity to:

    - Gain knowledge and insight into the different departments
    - Develop your management and leadership skills
    - Develop functional knowledge of your own department through a learning programme
    - Learn and grow as an individual through group learning moments, an individual development plan, coaching and follow-up
