    We are now looking for our next Store Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) Manager.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    As the Store Com&In Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening the IKEA brand and creating inspiring customer experiences that make IKEA the first choice for the many people. As a member of the Store leadership team, you will help shape the commercial direction of the store, contribute to the business plan, and lead a creative team that brings our vision of creating a better everyday life at home to life for our customers.

    In this role, you will:
    • Ensure the store remains inspiring, relevant, and commercially strong through layout, visual merchandising, graphic communication, and seasonal activities
    • Drive vitality and seasonality through commercial calendar planning and use insights about life at home, customer needs, and local trends to strengthen the IKEA brand and support business growth
    • Act as the store's creative leader, translating insights into impactful commercial and design solutions
    • Lead, inspire, and develop the Com&In team, creating a culture of engagement, learning, and strong performance
    • Build future competence in the team through recruitment, development, and succession planning
    • Lead the team to identify and act on commercial opportunities that drive both short-term results and long-term growth

    Who you are

    You are passionate about home furnishing and motivated by creating better experiences for customers through creativity, commercial thinking, and strong leadership. In a fast-paced environment, you create direction, prioritise what matters most, and turn customer insights into inspiring and commercially relevant solutions.

    To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
    • Strong experience leading creative teams within visual merchandising, interior design, graphic communication, or similar concept-driven retail environments
    • Experience leading, developing, and inspiring teams to achieve strong results
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and levels
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create structure, set priorities, identify opportunities, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
    • An interest in home furnishing, customer experience, and understanding how people live at home
    • Strong communication skills in English

    About the role
    Retail never stands still, and neither do we. In this role, you can expect to work some evenings and weekends as part of the business needs, and you will also be part of the store's duty manager rotation.
