    • Who you are

    We are looking for a curious and analytical intern who is interested in data & document management, and digital processes improvement. You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and are comfortable working with large sets of data. Basic knowledge of coding, VBA macro, Power automate will be an added advantage.
    You are detail-oriented, good at coordinating with different stakeholders, and able to understand and improve processes. You enjoy working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting digital ways of working.

    Your responsibilities

    • Support P&C data migration from one system/tool to another, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Collect, review, clean and transform data as part of the migration process.
    • Coordinate with different IKEA units and stakeholders to support the various stages of data collection and migration.
    • Track data requirements, follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of activities.
    • Use Excel to analyze, organize, validate and manage P&C data.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes through digital solutions and automation.
    • Drive and suggest ideas for improving digital processes and ways of working.
    • Support data quality checks, reporting and documentation throughout the project.
    • Collaborate with the team to resolve data-related issues and ensure a smooth migration.
