    • Broad knowledge of local market requirements and consumer habits in an omnichannel environment.
    • Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, systems and processes.
    • Brad understanding of the IKEA brand including concept, core values and vision.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Implement planning, production, waste management and inventory procedures.
    • Implement and secure the back of house operational instructions to maintain operational excellence.
    • Secure high-quality standards of customer experience by acting on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
    • Contribute to ensuring that all production areas are in shape as new and that all equipment is in full working order.
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit food business plan and other action plans.
    • Support the development of a high-performing team through building competence and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative.
    • Implement global and national people and sustainability strategies.
