Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ensure billings are generated and distributed to tenants according to the scheduled date.
  • Perform lease adjustments of billing for renewal and new leases.
  • Monitors collection and aging closely, perform posting and allocation in accounting system accordingly.
  • Verify utility usage and bill accordingly including ad-hoc billing.
  • Liaise and attend tenants’ queries and sending reminders to tenants.
  • Assist to prepare weekly and monthly closing reports.
  • Assist in collating and coordinating documentations for legal actions against tenants.

Qualification
  • Candidate must possesss : Diploma,Advance/Higher/Economics,Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in similar capacity.
