We are seeking a leader who is eager to understand our customers’ and co-workers' needs, demands and expectations in the market when it comes to fulfilment. You have experience and knowledge in unit operations, you know and act on data but most of all you know how to lead teams and create effective relationships across the organization. A day in your life with us

As Fulfilment integration manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Guide, coach and inspire the Fulfilment Integration team, collaborating closely with Fulfilment Operations
• Foster a supportive work environment emphasising communication, flexibility and a performance-driven culture while valuing diversity, inclusion and well-being
• Leading Fulfilment Integration by executing commercial activation, range changes and operational forecasting within the unit
• Actively involve the Management Team, and support the Fulfilment Manager in the growth of Fulfilment in the unit and area
• Securing competence building, development and succession in the area of Fulfilment
• Responsible for end-to-end supply, range and unit capacity planning and stock accuracy management in the unit
• Proactively work to optimise stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilisation and low costs by working with store and matrix partners
• Leading the implementation of unit Fulfilment solutions to ensure correct use of systems to improve efficiency and cost saving

• Experienced in unit fulfilment dynamics and their influencing factors
• Familiar in developing business strategies and consistently delivered results in your previous role(s)

• Acted as in influential bridge between different departments or stakeholders, ensuring engagement, alignment of goals and smoot integration of processes
• Experienced in the areas of forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure and sales steering
• Enthusiastic about applying strategic, tactical and operational analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and business improvements
• Have 3 – 5 years of experience and proven performance in leading business through people in complex operational environments
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing

• A gross monthly salary for a 38 hour contract between 3500,- and 4800,-based on knowledge and experience.
• A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
• A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.
• Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 250 euros per month.
• 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
• Various arrangements that suit your personal situation. Think of transition leave and equal (100% paid) birth leave regardless of the composition of your family. You may also exchange the public holidays applicable in the Netherlands with non-Christian holidays. And every store has a quiet/prayer room.
