The team is responsible for a line of products and services connected to co-worker endpoints used in different business functions such as stores, warehouses, offices etc. There is a strong focus on driving and delivering frictionless experiences on the endpoints and at the same time ensuring compliance and security standards.

The team leads through guidance and direction for applications onboarded and hosted on the platforms, taking full responsibility for Product, Engineering, and Delivery in close cooperation with a service integrator on enterprise endpoint platforms and devices.

We are now looking for a senior system engineer to join us here in the Co-worker devices team.
As a senior system engineer, you are the architect of possibility, the guardian of reliability, and the champion of innovation. You are transforming complexity into clarity and chaos into order. You will lead the technical agenda and transformation of co-worker devices. You embrace the power of collaboration, bringing together cross teams to build something greater. Key previous experiences and proven skills:

· Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role in the technology industry.
· Excellent knowledge of device management software as MS Intune, JAMF
· Excellent knowledge of digital experience tools, M365 services, ServiceNow
· Strong understanding of end user devices in an enterprise environment
· Experience in working in agile environments on a global scale
· Strong business and technical vision
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· 8+ years of relevant experience in End User Computing

Key Job responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the technical architecture for end user devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for end user devices.
• Ensure the security and compliance of end user devices with global regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.
· Research customer needs and apply insights.
· Ensure to align delivery with objectives and customer needs.
· Build a technology service that is cost-effective and robust with respect to architectural conditions, minimizing unintended errors and down time, and ensuring a resilient technological foundation
· Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to boost innovation and productivity for optimization to the current design
