Who you are

As the Customer Experience Leader Expansion, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable and extraordinary growth by preparing and planning new customer meeting points and major rebuilds. You’ll focus on creating an omnichannel experience that adds value to people’s lives and supports IKEA’s home furnishing movement.

You will ensure a seamless shopping experience across all customer touchpoints, including customer fulfillment, services, food experience, and digital environments. This role emphasizes building a coexistence of both digital and tangible customer experience

Your responsibilities

Secure seamless and convenient customer experiences across Customer Meeting Points (CMPs), with a focus on omnichannel solutions.

Drive a unique, Swedish-inspired food experience in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Lead projects to meet quality, time, and budget expectations.

Continuously follow up on solutions to improve deliveries and team competences.

Coach and develop a high-performing team to meet Customer Function objectives.

Collaborate with other IKEA units to ensure strong, aligned consumer experiences on- and offline.

Foster a culture of openness, sharing best practices across the organization.

Lead and promote positive change, driving IKEA’s People and Planet Positive commitments.
